Product description;
White semi matt PVC media for use on eco and true solvent printers for heat transfer applications on sensitive
garment of awnings.
Thickness : 105-160 microns (USA : 4,1-6,2 mil).
Carrier : Self-adhesive and transparent polyester.

Suitable for;
Awnings and heat sensitive fabrics.

Application advises;
1) printing and cutting
- Prepare the image on positive following the instruction of the printer producer :

Take care of the printing (45°C – USA : 110°F) and drying temperatures (50°C – USA : 120°F).

Use the adequate printing profile (for instance, with Roland, select Colorip or Versawork, and then
profile TTRH, textile).
- Remove the flex from the printer and wait for the complete drying of inks at room temperature, at least 4 hours.
2) heat pressing
- Weed the excess material.
- Use a strong tack polyester application tape (ref. ATT600 – ATT610) to take the image from the polyester
carrier – Don’t use a paper application tape.
- Position and heat press the image on the garment protected by a silicone paper at 100°C (USA : 210°F ) –
20 seconds – medium pressure.
- Peel the application tape when cold.

Maintenance;
Always respect the instructions mentioned on fabrics.
Washing : no
Storage of the roll : vertically, one year in a dry room, 15-25°C (USA : 60-80°F), protected from sunlight.

There is no warranty against U.V. rays.
